The More Detail, the Better
A detailed RFQ allows us to identify the right suppliers, request accurate pricing, and provide a meaningful proposal. The following information is most helpful:
Product type and specifications (dimensions, grade, material, coating)
Quantity and order frequency (one-time vs. ongoing)
Target price or budget range (if applicable)
Required quality certifications (ISO, IATF, etc.)
Preferred sourcing region or country of origin
Required delivery timeline and destination
Any existing supplier relationships or samples available
